"I wasn't really wanting to lose size just gain muscle. I never realized how little I was eating before, maintenance was also very hard to meet. I'm down 4 lbs & it is getting easier to get all my food in. I'm definitely getting to enjoy more & counting is getting easier as well. I'm in a much better mindset than I was pre pregnancy and learning to be more patient with my body. As much as I enjoyed my prepregnancy goals. I'm now working towards new goals.
